The Exeant software has been written by Dial Solutions Ltd, a long established development company who provide software to the majority of schools in the UK and web based administration and monitoring systems to a number of UK Local Authorities, as well as professional educational associations such as NAACE and NAAIDT. The core software has been under continuous development and refinement since its first deployment in the mid 1990s in a number of mission critical 24*7*365 roles. Since early in this century, the software has been used to manage local authority school and other establishment visits and activities. Our education consultancy team have a huge amount of experience, and continue to work within national policy development such as Council for LOTC and OEAP National Guidance.

Your information is totally secure. It is hosted on our hardened linux servers located in well connected and secure data centres and is backed up daily. Access is via the same secure protocols used to do your online banking. However, the information remains your property, and you can download your entire database at any time should you want to do extremely detailed analysis (e.g. in a spreadsheet) or even move to another provider. Comprehensive reporting and graphing facilities are provide for any data from individual establishments or across all establishments under a single employer.
Logged in users follow a simple and easily understood process to input the information for their visit. At login, users of all types are presented with a dashboard with links to the most pressing items requiring their attention. Our comprehensive approval question base is linked to national planning expectations and a policy that withstood judicial enquiry. There is a facility to upload policy, operational procedures, risk assessments, staff qualifications together with a messaging service between users (e.g. group leader and EVC or adviser) which can form part of the planning audit trail.
